Aspire Behavioral Health and Counseling (Aspire) is looking for a part-time or full-time Clinician for the Franklin County area, to provide home-based, mental health therapy services and treatment, to clients and their families under the Home and Community Treatment (HCT) Program.
Services include providing individual and/or family therapy or counseling, as written in the Individual Treatment Plan. The services assist the client, and the parent or caregiver, to understand the client’s behavior and developmental level, to teach how to appropriately and therapeutically respond to the client’s identified treatment needs, support and improve effective communication, facilitate appropriate collaboration, and develop plans and strategies to improve and manage the client’s and/or family’s future functioning in the home and community.

Education & Experience Requirements:
Master’s prepared clinician credentials required: LCSW, LCPC, LMSW, LMSW-cc, and LCPC-cc. Onsite Supervision provided for Conditionally Licensed applicant.
Experience providing home-based family counseling under the HCT Program desirable. Must be able to demonstrate the body of knowledge and leadership skills needed to effectively organize and clinically support Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs). Must be knowledgeable about and capable of delivering the appropriate treatment for the diagnosis and symptoms.

Ideal candidate will have excellent boundaries and professionalism; relate to client and family with compassion; great verbal communication skills; and good writing skills for documenting client treatment activities.
Must have a valid Maine Driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile liability insurance. Must possess a good driving record and pass a criminal and DHHS background check.
